When the company was founded, we set up a special management department and established occupational health and safety management procedures in accordance with OHSAS 18001 occupational health and safety management system, to systematically control health and safety risks. And adequate special funds for professional health and safety are granted each year; in 2017, the capital invested was over RMB 200 million.

  In accordance with the national occupational disease prevention and control law, SMIC organizes occupational health examinations for employees who are exposed to occupational hazards.

  SMIC has a health center in the factory and living area, equipped with experienced medical employees and adequate facilities.

  SMIC established the three-level defense process and system from "entry psychological screening", "psychological crisis prevention by early finding, early diagnosis and early treatment" to "psychological crisis management".

  SMIC has a psychological counseling room with a 24-hour psychological assistance hotline to help employees cope with multiple pressures from work, family and individuals.
